They take care of the basic household chores, such as cleaning, cooking and ironing. At the same time, they offer help in bathing and dressing, as well as support in matters of personal hygiene, such as using the toilet and changing diapers. Through Caresma's training program, based on international best practices, candidates learn how to provide specialized care to elderly people with common ailments. The process includes audio-visual material, practical examples and knowledge assessment. Only those who successfully complete the program are allowed to join our team of carers.
